NCS Begins High School Principal Search NCS Begins High School Principal Search Dear  NCS  Family: When it comes to school related factors influencing academic achievement, research suggests that the role of the principal is exceeded only by the quality of teachers working directly with students. With this in mind, we will be conducting a thorough search for our next Naples High School Principal as Mrs. Ashton prepares for her new position as the Superintendent of the  Honeoye  Central School District. To help guide our hiring process, we will be putting together a leadership profile for our next High School Principal. If you have a free minute in the days ahead, I am hoping that you might consider taking  this brief survey  to share the qualities you believe are most important for the position.     In addition, ...

Principal Ashton Selected as Next Honeoye Superintendent Principal Ashton Selected as Next Honeoye Superintendent Dear NCS Family: As you may know, earlier today, Mrs. Bridget Ashton was announced as the new Superintendent of the Honeoye Central School District. Mrs. Ashton has been our High School Principal for the past three and a half years, and our neighboring Bulldogs could not have made a better choice in their selection of Chief School Officer. During her time in Naples, Mrs. Ashton has been a tireless advocate for students, and we will deeply miss her energy and passion here at NCS. In the weeks ahead, I will pass along important updates regarding our High School Principal search as well as information on how stakeholders can provide input in the hiring process. ...
