About
At Naples Jr./Sr. High School, we take pride in providing our students with a well-rounded education. From a wide range of challenging courses, athletics, to a variety of extracurricular organizations, we are committed to making sure that all of our students graduate college and/or career ready. This is reflected in our recently revised mission statement:
The Naples Central School District challenges and supports all students to develop their diverse talents and abilities in a safe environment with rigorous opportunities. Students will graduate with the skills and confidence needed to excel in their chosen pursuits.
We are exceptionally proud of the academic offerings we provide to our students given the overall size of the District. Our students challenge themselves by enrolling in Advanced Placement (AP) as well as Dual-Credit courses. We offer AP classes in Calculus, English Composition, English Literature, Physics 1 and 2, World History, and the United States History. Naples also offers students an additional 14 courses that may be taken for college credit through Finger Lakes Community College. Our hope is that by challenging students, differentiating instruction, and focusing on literacy as well as technology integration, we will better be able to prepare our students for success in the 21st century. |
